A friend of mine gave me some yummy foods today and one of them wash peaches. They were ripe as could be and were ready to go. They tasted so good. I have not had a peach that tasted that good in a long long time. I ate at lest 3....oh my...LOL I ended up cutting the bad spots off as well as the skins. Then I cut into thin slices and froze on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. After freezing awhile I took them off the sheet and baged the slices in to gallon freezer bags. I ended up with about 3 gal. bags. I just want to say I thank God for the Blessings of having these peaches. They will be great for smoothies, pies, cold treats, ect.
