So I tried something new today that I had never done before and it was a boot camp work out with a bunch of other ladies! Man it was fun for me! Even through all the pain! I am glad I did it and it was great to see others there I knew and seeing them working out too. I really am looking forward to this type of thing being my life style and not just a roller coaster type thing!

Kids are doing really good! They loved having daddy home for a few weeks and getting to do a lot more with him during his vacation time. Savannah and Joseph really enjoyed being in the Christmas program at church this year. One of the Big things we did this past year was started the kids in AWANA and CUBBIES on Wed. nights and they love it to!

Josh is has project that he is working on. One of the he should be working on here in the near future and I hope to show you some pic! It is something I have been wanting for awhile and is well needed!

Today we got to spend good family time together! The kids and I later on in the day went to sing Christmas carols to people and the nursing home in Stilwell! This was Savannah and Joseph's first time to ever go Christmas caroling and we all had a blast. Later we even got to spend some great time with our friends!!!!

There is only 5 days till Christmas now and it has seemed like the time has just gone. The kids really look forward to being able to celebrate Jesus Birthday! We have been trying to do an Advent calender so that we can do different things to remeber Christ at this time of year!

Febuary 11 Cooking day!

Today has been a busy day. I ordered some flowers and clips to make some hair clips that I sell for extra spending money. Well they came in today and I thought I would be able to do some crafting and putting them together but I got more involved in cooking today. I started out cooking ground beef for a few different dinners. Cooked and pureed some carrots for my spaghetti sauce and chili. Also cooked a lot of bell pepper and onion for my sauce and chili mix. For lunch today we had Chef Salad and ohhh was it good! One nice way to get everyone their veggies! Savannah enjoys being able to make her salad and it makes her enjoy it even more knowing she made it! Joseph he loved the sunflower seed, croutons, bacon, and cheese. He is not too fond of the other stuff but he will ate little bit.

I also even ended up making a new batch of laundry soap! And while doing all the main things in I got three loads of laundry wash but now are awaiting to get hung, folded, and put away.
It was a really cold day out today but the kids still loved the fact of going out side and playing. They also got to do some craft time and write out some of the Valentines for their party that they will have at church tomorrow night. They are both really excited about it and giving out the Valentine cards! :) We will be making cup cakes tomorrow for the party and they are really happy about that because they know they get to help make them. They love to help mommy cook in the kitchen. We will also be having a Homeschooling party on Valentines day! Yaah two parties as Savannah would say. She has love and thing to do with Parties since she was two. I told her it was her Uncle Adam's Birthday coming up soon and she counted down every day till his Birthday. The kids even made him cards. Late Happy Birthday Adam and I soo lost my planner and that were your address is so forgive me but we will get that sent out soon!
Well I think that's it for now!

Birthday-Strawberry Festival-5k

Yesterday was the Strawberry festival in Stilwell. We had such a good time. Savannah got to ride in the back of a truck with her prince Tony Lee for the parade! They had a really good time waving at everyone around! Savannah made a strawberry blueberry pie and entered it in the bake off (she had help from Joseph and I). She ended up placing 2nd place and won a $50 savings bond!!! Praise God for his blessing on my little ones! He is so good!

One thing I want to thank my God for is help me get through my first 5k!!! It has been my goal since the end of last year to be able to do it by the Strawberry Festival. Another blessing is my husband did it with me!!!!!! He was not going with my originally but I have been setting monthly weight loss goals and trying to have something to inspire me as a reward if I do accomplish my goal. Well I was telling Josh that I am thinking about what I would want to have as my goal and out of the blue he said "well if you reach you goal for this month I will do the 5k run with you". I was soooo shocked because I never said anything about him doing the run with me or that I wanted someone with me. It was so wonderful that he offered to do that to help motivate me! I had some hard times and was not sure I would make my goal but I did (and I so do believe it was with God's help!). Well we got through the 5k and did ok on from what I gathered! We did it in 41:20 min! I have challenged my self now to do it again next year and to beat my time! It was a pure rush and joy to be able to do that! I am not a runner or a jogger I mainly just do work out video's when I can.

Yesterday was my little man's Birthday too! He had a great time with everything going on. Today we made some cup cakes and ate some ice cream. He loves him some cup cakes....LOL he says it so cute!
